This was really good! Not PF Chang's or Panda Express but it was good.. I made just as it is written with reduce sodium soy sauce. Next time I'll just put the peppers in the same time as the carrots and onion. Submitted by:

This is a keeper, we really enjoyed it, didn't have catalina dressing so subbed in French and I used sweetner instead of sugar. I also put in a can of pineapple chunks at the start, Submitted by:

This was fabulous! Very tasty! My adult son really loved it. I think the cooking time is too long ( veggies mushy) and the last 30 min. should be longer to get peppers more tender.
I did not use brown sugar but Zylitol. I will make this again! Thanks for the reicpe!
