At this very minute it's simmering...I tried a taste and it's yummy! I didn't use any salt and I substituted fresh tomatoes for canned and used extra broth instead of wine. Very easy too make! I'm serving it over brown rice. Submitted by:

This was surprisingly hot ... must have been the garlic. But I really liked it and gave me a chance to use my electric skillet. I love the low calories ... I could actually have 2 servings (which I never get). :) Submitted by:
