Very good! I made this stretch into 6 1/2c servings for about 162 calories per serving. I threw a little broccoli in, too. I put it all in a banking dish and mixed the rice in with it, just so it would make it harder for my 18 month old to throw the rice. He ate it by the fistful--approved! Submitted by:
