This recipe was amazing. I messed up and put the brown sugar into the actual meatloaf. I picked some of it out, and put the rest on top, but it was super awesome. I dislike meatloaf, and I loved this recipe. Highly recommended. Submitted by:

Made this yesterday & it was a hit! Used ground turkey, omitted the cream, soy instead of worstershire sauce since I didn't have any, old fashion oats instead of the bread crumbs and only 5 tsp instead of 6 of the brown sugar. Because of the oats cook about 5 minutes longer. It was yummy!! Submitted by:

Tweaked it for diet and it's great! Based on other reviews I used turkey instead of beef, I omitted the salt and the whipping cream. I also used oats instead of bread crumbs and salsa instead of diced tomatoes- gave it good flavor! About 111 calories each muffin! Will make more sauce next time! Submitted by:

Love, Love , Love this recipe. And love the muffin idea. Can have one for a quick protein when you have just one! Great flavor. I used the Lipton Onion Soup and Stewed tomatoes with oregano and basil and plain greek yogurt instead of the heavy cream. Delicious! Submitted by:

I doubled the recipe so there was enough for my family and would have some left over. When doubling I used 1 pound of beef and 1 pound of ground turkey. It was extremely good! The only change I would make next time is cut the brown sugar in half. Submitted by:

Holy moly are these things perfect. They're perfect proportions and have a great taste to them! I ate them for two weeks straight I liked them so much. I used Ro-tel and it was a bit too spicy for my hubs and I think you could double the amount of sauce without spiking calories too much but LOVE! Submitted by:

YUM!! My hubs loved it, and his coworkers tried some of his leftovers the next day and praised it too! Left out heavy cream, used rice crispies crushed up, and low-cal BBQ sauce instead of ketchup. Also used Splenda brown sugar blend. Delicious! Submitted by:

Wonderful moist meatloaf! My husband told me to throw out all my other meatloaf recipes. I love the portion control ('cuz we definitely would have eaten more if we hadn't been limited to just 1). Made these tonight for dinner. I used 96% lean ground beef. I did add a small onion, and more seasoning s.a. garlic powder, basil etc. and used Splenda Brown Sugar. I used whole wheat italian breadcrumbs (Planko).....so so delish.....will use leftovers for Spaghetti tomorrow! Viola!!!! Submitted by:

I never thought turkey meatloaf could be this good! The only changes I made was I did not use the lipton soup mix (didn't need extra salt) I used rotel for the tomatoes, I added finely chopped onions and garlic powder.
