Add blueberries to this for extra punch and color. You can also create your own dressing by starting with a low cal poppy seed dressing, adding a couple of T of sugar free raspberry preserves and couple of T. of champagne Vinegar. I've also toasted pecans and sprinkled a few on top. Submitted by:

This was very good. I filled my plate with spinach (3 cups) and then topped it with 1/2 of the fruit mixture and a Tablespoon or dressing. For my friend I did the same to the amount of spinach she choose and added crumbled feta on top. Adds extra calories to her salad, but she liked it. Submitted by:
