I've made a lasagna like this before. It sounds very similar. Really liked it. Don't care for hot flavors, so I just used regular refried beans when I made this recipe. The Enchildada sauce was enough. Also, I used low fat cheese and fat free beans, to lower fat even more. Submitted by:
