Very good and easy! i don't know what 'kid builder milk' is, so i used 1 cup of lowfat milk. Submitted by:

I used fat free half & half (don't know what builder milk is?) and used reduced fat mozzarella cheese. I poured mix into single servings in a muffin pan to freeze and take for quick to go breakfasts. They are delicious and the kids think they're way cool.
