This is really nummy, however the nutritional information is wrong. It is calculated with hard boiled eggs and you are discarding the yolks so the fat is 1/2 what is listed. When I made it I only used 1 T of salad toppins which was more than enough. This way? Cal: 102 and Fat: 5. Much better! Submitted by:
