Flavor was very good but it ended up sticking badly to my grill pan. I'll try spraying pan with Pam or oiling fillets first the next time. I used a salt-free lemon-pepper seasoning called "Sunny Spain" from Penzey's Spices to reduce the sodium to the minimum. Submitted by:
