Really delicious - and easy! Used brown rice and black beans, 2 pcs chicken breast, petite diced tomatoes w/ jalepenos to give it a little kick, and low-fat cheese. I'd say it really only makes 4 servings though. I will definitely be making this again! Submitted by:
