love it. used beef-less strips from trader joes, and fat free sour cream. Also didn't have cream of mushroom, just used low sodium vegetable broth and thickened it with a little bit of whole wheat pastry flour. Submitted by:

I made this and loved it, my husband also enjoyed it. I make my own cream of mushroom soup, since I'm on a low sodium diet, and used that. I used 3/4 cup of sour cream since someone said they thought 1 cup was too much. The 3/4 cup worked well. It's a keeper!! Submitted by:
