Super yummy! I made it pretty much to the letter, except that I used corn tortillas because I had those on hand (bonus, fewer calories), and I used my own spices rather than a taco seasoning packet (brings down the sodium). Really liked this a lot. I used corn tortillas instead of flour to help cut down the calories and only did 2 layers of the tortillas. I will be making this again soon! Submitted by:

This was SOOO good. My husband ate 4 servings! LOL! It was very hard to limit portion size since it was so yummy, but we ended up with 3 pieces in the freezer for self-made microwave dinners. I took a star off because of the high calorie content. Submitted by:

I love this recipe. DH said it is the best tasting dinner we have had in a long time! LOL! Make sure to hold yourself to one serving (because the calories are a little high), and have a nice salad with this, and it makes a wonderful dinner. Submitted by:
