This was very good. My husband commented on it a couple of times as to how good it was. I used the no fat cream cheese as was mentioned and also the low fat cream soup. I also found a recipe similar to "Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix" & was able to reduce the salt by half by doing that. Submitted by:

This was pretty good...a lil high in cals since you have to add it to pasta or rice to really make a meal. I ultimately ended up pouring it over my "Fiber Gourmet" fettuccine pasta. Great & tons of fiber (thanks to my pasta lol) It does seem to need some sort of veggie. I will add peas next time Submitted by:
