I love this recipe, but my Nutritionist has me off of all dairy, could I use soy yogurt and get the same results? Submitted by:

Very good. I have a Deni 1 quart mixer (that doesn't require you to do the whole salt/ice stuff), so this couldn't have been easier. I skipped the step about putting it in the freezer for 4 hours--we liked it right out of the ice cream maker--it was just like the soft-serve at the fro-yo places. Submitted by:

I, like bananafish11 make it in popsicle molds. I leave out the salt and the honey. If the berries aren't sweet enough I use a fat free vanilla yogurt. Or I use any fruit yogurt and fresh fruit, ie: peach yogurt and mangoes, blueberry yogurt with fresh blueberries, etc. My grandson loves them all. Submitted by:

Wonderful. I don't use the honey, I use a frozen banana instead. 1frozen banana, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 6 oz. Plain fat free Greek yogurt. Add banana, strawberries to food processor, pulse until uniform particles, add Greek yogurt scrape sides and pulse til creamy. You have softwerve strawberry Submitted by:
