I was making this for myself so I cut the recipe in half and it turned out wonderful. I added garlic powder and some Mrs. Dash no sodium and it was better than any Chicken Parm I've had in a restaurant. I am fairly inexperienced with cooking and this was very easy. I will def. make this again =) Submitted by:

Made this recipe tonight for dinner. Was really good! Didn't have corn flakes so I used Special K (the plain kind). Was deeelish! Also added a few more spices/herbs to give it some good flavor (thyme, cayenne pepper, paprika and garlic salt). Submitted by:

Wonderful! I did take some peoples options, like adding peprika, garlic salt, and because I didn't have enough corn flakes, I did a mixture of corn flakes and rice krispies. Will definitely make this again! Submitted by:

Instead of using the egg I use 1% milk to soak the chicken in for about 15 minutes...still just as moist, but less fat. I don't use any salt, but plenty of pepper. I also used red pepper flakes for a little kick! My family absolutly loves this recipe! Submitted by:

This is a very simple recipe to make. The chicken was very tender and juicy. I used "Special K" cerel instead of cornflakes. I also left out the Thyme and just used salt and pepper. Def will make this great recipe again! Submitted by:

I made this and it turned out perfect without any changes or "tweaks" to the recipe. Moist, perfect combination of tasty & slightly crispy without a bunch of fat dribbling down your chin. Will for sure make it again. Submitted by:

Corn flakes add a truly wonderful crunch to this dish. I omitted the salt, and the taste was great. This is an easy recipe that will keep your chicken moist and flavorful. Thank you! Submitted by:

DEBI_NC, if I were you I would do breast for myself because dark meat has more fat in it. Also if your husband don't like the white meat Chicken legs are still much better then the thighs in the fact factor. Hope that helps Submitted by:
