There is a Korean side dish very similar to this. I use natural rice wine vinegar, equal ratio of sugar (or agave or splenda) and vinegar, and no oil. You can also add thinly sliced onions, carrots, and sesame seeds. It's a good side dish to any protein and a good way to use up a cucumber. Submitted by:
