The BEST Zucchini recipe!!!! I made 24 small ones instead of 12 bigger ones. Topped with a little red hot to add a kick to it! I did not have bisquick, so instead, I used 1 c. whole wheat flour, 1 and 1/2 t. baking powder and 1 t. salt instead...worked perfectly!!!!! Submitted by:

I loved the patties! I had to homemake the Bisquick and instead of shortening I used low fat maragine. Maybe next time I'll add a little onion and spice to them. Yummy! Submitted by:

Tried it and it was wonderful. Something different without a ton of calories. Kids even said they would eat zucchini this way. I think it would be great with corn also. Submitted by:

Bisquick is a pre-made baking mix. To make at home combine with a pastry blender (or food processor)
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon shortening
