Double the veggies & drizzle with olive oil, use real farm eggs (2) scrambled in butter and a little grated real cheddar - a proper healthful Paleo breakfast! Lose the wheat & lose the belly fat! Submitted by:

I make a delicious "muffin" without all the veggies (eeewwwww!) for the same calories. I toast an English muffin. The egg patty is a REAL EGG beaten with a fork and nuked in a custard cup. I put a 25 calorie wedge of light cheese spread on it too. Just about the same calories. Submitted by:
