Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Very good for fajita meat. We just used salsa, put it in a Pyrex dish with glass lid (no oil) and baked at 350 for 45 minutes. We sliced and served ours with sauteed onions, zucchini, mushrooms & non-fat yogurt in whole wheat tortillas. A hit with the whole family. Thanks! Submitted by:

The calorie count on this has to be wrong. One chicken breast, according to Spark's Nutrition Tracker information is 86 calories, not 286 calories. This makes it much healthier and it's really, really good, too! Submitted by:

I had a hard time believing it had 348 calories in it. I used your recipe calculator and it only came to 179 calories. I don't really "count" calories but servings instead but this is a huge difference. Submitted by:

I am making this for dinner tonight. Wondering why the protein is so high? My husband and I are splitting a breast. Submitted by:

Simple and easy does it. Sprinkled with salt-free Mural of Flavour and Arizona Dreaming seasonings. Added frozen bell peppers, zucchini and yellow squash, black beans, and fat-free cheddar. Omitted jalapenos. Delish! Submitted by:

400 for an hour is way to long for boneless skinless. 350 for 30 is perfect and where does 5.5 fat come from boneless skinless is no more than 1grm. Will defiantely make it though. Submitted by:

I was VERY pleased with how this turned out. As previous users suggested, I put some chili powder and salt before the salsa. After it was finished cooking, I let some mozzarella melt on top. Sensational recipe. Thank you! Submitted by:

We like spicy so added chipolte pepper and garlic & put on a bed of spinach with homemade spicy chunky salsa (onions, toms, cilantro, asst. bell peppers). Added black beans & corn. Topped with grated cheese, lo-fat sour cream & guacamole. Served with WW tortillas. 1 hr at 400 was perfect. Thanks! Submitted by:
