Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I changed this up just a bit, and subbed 0% plain greek yogurt for the Dannon. Then added 1 tsp of vanilla and 1 tsp of splenda. Came out great, just needs a little extra blending to make it super smooth. Nutritional info. for 1 oz serving came out 26.9 cals, 119 sodium, 2 carbs and 3.5 protein. Submitted by:

sounds like a great alternative to the full fat version... I never thought about using yogurt instead of the sugary fattening marshmallow cream. Submitted by:

Try sweetening with a little honey, splenda or change flavor with low-sugar preserves. Submitted by:

My mom used to make this, but it had marshmallow whip and full-fat cream cheese. This version is awesome, (maybe even better, shhhh) but a whole lot fewer calories and absolutely NO FAT!

love it, and so did my party-goers. Think I'll experiment with a graham crust and layered fruit. Decadent!!
