THESE BARS WERE DEEEEELICIOUS! I followed the recipe exactly except I added a handful of sliver almonds for a little more protein/healthy fats, and for the 1 c. of cereal I used Kashi Original GoLEAN. :) They taste like the fall dessert by Chex, "muddie buddies"! SO GOOD! Submitted by:

These are very easy to make and yummy. I will have to see how filling they are to because they are on the higher calorie side for a snack. I put some in the freezer to see if that works because it makes a lot for one. Submitted by:
