I wouldn't really eat this for breakfast. There really isn't enough fiber. Instead of 1/2 cup all purpose flour, I used 1/3 cup whole wheat flour and 1/8 cup oat bran. Meh, it was okay. Submitted by:

Such a great breakfast paired with a blueberry or strawberry compote or syrup! Ended up topping w/ cooked down apples mixed with sugar free syrup and baked for 2 more minutes with that topping, was excellent! Submitted by:
