I've been making this muffin recipe for awhile now and everyone loves it. The only problem is that one muffin has so many calories! And they're so good, it's really hard to eat just one. I noticed there are several other similar recipes with lower-cal substitutions, so I think I may switch. Submitted by:

Love this recipe! To lower the fat level I used two whole eggs and 2 egg whites, applesauce instead of oil, and fat-free sour cream. Still came out moist and rich tasting! My whole family loves them! Submitted by:
