This was great - I used garlic pepper as I was out of the lemon pepper and I also seared the meat, made the sauce and the added the meat back into the skillet and put it in the oven to finish cooking - YUM! I agree the calories are a bit off, but I adjusted and enjoyed it anyway. Submitted by:

We loved it. After cooking the chops, browned onions in the pan, used sherry to deglaze, then used cream of celery (don't like mushrooms). Used brown mustard - no dijon. Also skipped the lemon pepper; used salt, pepper, allspice. Submitted by:

I didn't have the lemon pepper seasoning, so Ijust seasoned the pork with salt and pepper...but it was delicious and a big hit at my house. Submitted by:
