This was great - I used garlic pepper as I was out of the lemon pepper and I also seared the meat, made the sauce and the added the meat back into the skillet and put it in the oven to finish cooking - YUM! We loved it. After cooking the chops, browned onions in the pan, used sherry to deglaze, then used cream of celery (don't like mushrooms). Used brown mustard - no dijon. Also skipped the lemon pepper; used salt, pepper, allspice.	Submitted by: AMANDAPACE (11/7/07) report inappropriate
