If you are a pumpkin lover, this recipe is for you. It's SUPER FAST, super easy and tastes great. I used skim milk and half the amount of light Cool Whip (and added 1/2 tsp. nutmeg) - and it still tasted great, but even had less fat/sugar in it. GREAT RECIPE! Submitted by:
