To make it 'lite', I cut the oil to 1/2 cup & changed out the sugar for Splenda - works great! Everybody loves it! White vinegar works, too. Also, Craisins, peppers, nuts, etc. are optional. You can add whatever you want. I like to make it a meal & add bacon bits! YUM!! 25 servings? NO WAY!! Submitted by:

Great alternative to heavier mayo-based slaw. I omitted the craisins, used Splenda in place of sugar and reduced the amount of oil. My family and I loved it. Submitted by:
