Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Red hot is the traditional hot sauce used in restaurants across the nation. A bit of lime is good and if you have Calories to spare some taquila as well! Can't wait to try these! Submitted by:

I love this alternative to going to a restaurant and having just two traditional wings so that I could fit them in my calorie range. Picky kid approved too! Submitted by:

I will definately give this a try but will substitue the breading for my low sodium breading. Thats a lot of sodium for 4 oz of meat! It does sound yummy & I'll give it a shot either tomorrow or this w/e. Submitted by:

Big hit in my house tonight. I used Panko bread crumbs (because they had less sodium than everything else on the shelf) and Frank's Louisiana Red Hot Sauce (which is the original for Buffalo wings). I definitely will make this again. Submitted by:

Sounds good, but haven't tried yet. Want to comment on the "Chef Meg" issue raised in some comments. Fair enough to ask that Meg credit original user. But I think it was completely honestly presented as "Chef Meg approved," IF she tested it and double-checked the nutrition info. Submitted by:

Frankly, leaving the high carb breadcrumbs off sounds just so much more satisfying... and more dietarily nutritious as well. Submitted by:
