I just finished making these--I followed the recipe exactly, except I made pancakes (since I don't have a waffle iron!). They are PERFECT for a post-run snack for runners.... The recipe made 14 pancakes (4 inches each or 1/4 cup batter for each), so that made 1 pancake have 98 calories! Submitted by:
