This was easy and delicious, and the whole family loved it.
I didn't have Ranch dressing so I used fat free plain Greek yogurt, and I laid 1 slice of reduced-fat Pepperjack cheese on each piece of chicken instead of using shredded cheddar.

Company worthy dish! I used non fat Greek yogurt with two tablespoons of dry ranch mixed in. I only used 1/2 of cheese. Delicious and easy. Low carb serve overv broccoli instead of rice. Submitted by:

Love this recipe, though I make a couple of changes. First, I pat the dry chicken breast with some reduced sodium taco seasoning. Then I grill it on a George Foreman grill till done, before putting it on a baking sheet. I spoon the salsa/ranch mix on top, then the cheese, and broil it toll melted. Submitted by:

Sorry, we didn't like this at all. Cooking with ranch is just not for our family. I used organic ranch with no sugar and it ended up smelling very sour. Submitted by:

I think it was the fat free ranch dressing....almost added a tangy sour taste to it that made it just not good. With regular dressing it might be ok. Submitted by:

I used light ranch dressing and zest of lime in the sauce along with the other ingredients. I did salt and pepper the chicken too. Made mexican rice and salad to go with. Incredible!!! Loved it, loved it! Very easy to make. Definate do over!!! Submitted by:

This is very good but I used regular Ranch dressing as I am doing low carb and the regular ranch dressing has less carbs than the fat free or Kraft Free. Very tasty and quick. Submitted by:

Fantastic taste! I used Walden Farm's Ranch Dressing (no fat, no calories, organic) and fat free cheddar cheese (which actually melted in the recipe) and topped with chopped cilantro. So yummy. Submitted by:

Tried this yesterday, salsa (I made) really added a zest. was easy to divide the calories by 8 to calculate my calorie intake. My guys (husband, son, grandson) loved it. Its a repeater! Froze half for another day. Submitted by:

Wow! This recipe was loved by everyone. I made it with brown basmai rice and it had so much flavor my family didn't even realize I fed them "healthy" rice! I did use regular ranch dressing because I hate fat free. The only other change I'd make is I'd make a double recipe nexttime for leftovers! Submitted by:

Fantastic! Really does taste a lot like the Applebee's dish. Made my own salsa from a recipe on this site, will definitely be combining ranch and salsa for my normal salad dressing now. Will be in high rotation in my house! Will likely add black beans to add fiber, and serve over brown rice! Submitted by:

Not my cup of tea, flavor not what I expected.Could be the fat free ranch that did not sit well or to much garlic. My husband said it was o.k. but I will have to make some changes if I use again. It's always fun to try new things.Thanks. Submitted by:

Served this with Santa Fe Beans and Rice and some steamed southwest veggies. My husband said he thought it was too indulgent for a weeknight meal (we're strict through the week, have a cheat meal on the weekend.) He was thrilled when I told him how low calorie this was, saying he'd never know. Submitted by:
