THE SODIUM CONTENT IS WAY TOO HIGH! MAYBE, IF YOU MUST USE A DRESSING, MAKE UP YOUR OWN SO THAT YOU CAN CONTROL THE SODIUM. ALSO, I AM ON A LOW-POTASSIUM DIET AND WILL HAVE TO ELIMINATE THE BROCCOLI. CAN ANYONE OFFER ME A GREAT SUBSTITUTION? Submitted by:

My whole family, including my 1yr old, loved this! Add a light sprinkle of feta cheese for extra flavor and calcium. It doesn't add much fat if you only use a handful or so for the entire thing. Submitted by:
