Really really good!!! I swapped out some "low carb whole wheat" tortillas at ~85 cal/12 in tortilla. Also swapped out Fat free Greek yogurt for the sour cream, and it came out delicious! that could save you ~75 cals/enchilada if you follow everything else! Submitted by:

I have made a similar recipe from Campbell's soup, but my husband liked this one better. It's a keeper. I halved the sour cream and chile sauce so less calories and sodium and it turned out just a touch dry so will add more chile sauce next time. And there will definitely be a next time. Submitted by:
