I used 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa and substituted granulated Splenda in place of the sugar. Takes a while under medium heat to thicken, so be patient and keep stirring. Only makes 3 - 1 cup servings. I have lids for my dessert cups (keeps a skin from forming) or you can use plastic wrap. YUM! Submitted by:

Very good; great flavor. I actually omitted the cocoa because I wanted vanilla pudding, and it turned out well. A bit too sweet, however, so I may cut back on the sugar next time! Submitted by:
