Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was a tasty dish. I used fat free evaporated milk in place of the half and half and about a 1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs for crunch. Next time I will either use less flour or more liquid for the sauce. Didn't miss the half and half at all and cut the fat count down considerably. Great recipe. Submitted by:
