I wish people would stop misleading / misinforming those on the hcg diet -- NO turkey is allowed! And only 1 T SKIM milk per day -- AND, you cannot mix proteins (egg + meat). If this is a Phase 2 recipe, you should state that in the title. Submitted by:

In phase 2 you can have 1 T of milk a day and turkey.
I had an idea, she mentioned cup cake tins, freeze in tins then put um in freezer bag for quick dinner. Oh these will be good with the miracle noodles I just ordered, 0 cal, 0 carbs just fiber very good for us.
