This is an EXCELLENT recipe and a perfect addition to my weight loss nutrition regimen! I prepared it pretty much by the directions (except 1 cup/2 cups quinoa/water) and it was absolutely delicious. Pretty good but a little salty. I'm going to use less bouillon next time. We ate ours with some fresh salsa, and it overcame the saltiness a little. Other than that, pretty good! Submitted by:
