I used lime juice, not lemon and a small amount of sugar free orange marmalade instead of the grated orange peel. as i didn't have any fennel seeds, i omitted those. It was quite delicious. I used pine nut couscous. I will definitely make it again. Submitted by:

I found the sauce to be a little overwhelming. Could be because I used Mahi Mahi. I also do not ad salt and found it salty for my taste. Still like the idea. Submitted by:
