Even my guys LOVED it! I left out the black beans...next time I think I'm going to try them. We topped it with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and a dab of fat free sour cream! YUM! (My guys used more than a dab...:) Submitted by:

Thank you for this recipe! It was delicious! I didn't used diced tomatoes, but used fresh tomatoes from our garden. I also used the wheat tortillas. My husband and I both loved them! And the calories are just right!! Submitted by:

This is a wonderful recipe. I used Rotel to add heat and substituted yogurt for the sour cream. The recipe is fun because you can easily experiment with the ingredients. My guests loved it and are asking for it again. The meal is nutricious, but high in sodium, taco seasoning? Submitted by:
