There is not way that each serving has 42 g of protein. Chicken has 6.5 g of protein per oz. 5 servings x 42 =210g. Divide that by 6.5 and thats 50oz of chicken. Each breast would have to be over 16oz apeice. Maybe a little less depending on small amount of protein in other ingred. Submitted by:
