To the person that wanted to know the sugar content. There is 1 tsp of sugar for every 4 grams of carbs. So for this recipe it is 7.5 tsp of sugar.

Middle of the summer--Perfect timing for this recipe to appear! Low in sugar, low in fat, but with some protein and good amount of fiber---and nothing artificial! These muffins are tasty AND healthy. Spread them with some homemade strawberry jam for a delightfully delicious snack anytime of day. Submitted by:
