WOW, this was good, and the Valentine's Day email advertising it was perfectly timed. We can have a broth-based fondue for dinner (as non-caloric as meats can get, plus lots of veggies) and follow it up with this, for a romantic-style dinner that is filling and low calorie. I'm helpless around choc covered strawberries so this is a great stand-in - gives the chocolate taste but way less calories. Not a big fan of marshamallows, so left them out. I haven't tried this recipe because I don't like marshmallows - too sweet for me. My fave way to eat fresh strawberries is with a drizzle of Hersheys syrup (1-2 tsp - about 35 calories) over cut up strawberries, with a spritz of whipped cream.
