Nutrition & Calorie Comments

We had a chili cookoff at our FOP meeting, I like trying different things. So when I made a pot of white chicken chili everyone was eager to try it. All the guys loved it, & they had no clue it was low in calories....very flavorful. I love this recipe. Submitted by:

I HAVE BEEN PUT ON A HIGH PROTEIN LOW FAT DIET AND COULD THINK OF NOTHING TO MAKE. DH EATS VERY LITTLE AS HE HAS CANCER. I MADE THIS CHILI AND IT IS AMAZING! HE HAS EATEN 3 BOWLS AND MYSELF THE SAME! I DON'T THINK I WILL EVER GO BACK TO EATING BEEF CHILI AGAIN. CAN YOU USE TURKEY BREAST? Submitted by:

3 stars as written - a little bland. Doubled the cumin and chili powder & I added 1 tsp dry oregano like my old high-dairy-fat recipe. I also top it with a dollop of non-fat Greek yogurt (like sour cream with no fat) and fresh cilantro. 5 stars! Love flavor combo of cumin, cloves & green chilis! Submitted by:
