I've never had bad jilebi! When I make mine, I don't add sugar or butter to the batter. but otherwise, very similar. I also add cardamom pods to the syrup. An easy way to form your jilebis nicely is to purchase a squeeze bottle, like one would use for mustard or ketchup...it works great! Submitted by:
