Sounds delicious, but a little salty. Maybe low sodium sauce would help. I'll try it. Submitted by:

This was our Dinner last night, my best friend and her two children are living with us at this time and we all just loved it. Courtney the youngest of the two children was shocked it was low fat, but really did just eat it up and was her first experience with ground Turkey... Submitted by:

I would rather eliminate the cheese and use more meat. only 1 lb meat and 8 oz of pasta doesnt seem like enough food for 12 servings. Why stretch the servings to 12 when at 6 servings it is still a reasonable 355.4 calories per serving ? Submitted by:

I tried this last night. The family loved it. I used whole wheat pasta and substituted the turkey for textured soy protein. It was delicious! Submitted by:

I used Morningstar Farms veggie crumbles for the "meat" and fat free shredded mozzarella, and mushrooms and zucchini per others suggestions. Also used high fiber pasta with calcium. Very good! Submitted by:

Very good. I like it because it makes a lot and froze a large portion for another time. Easy and low calorie. Submitted by:

8 oz. pasta making 12 servings doesn't seem like much food for the calories. Submitted by:
