This is good, but too salty for me. I cut the bouillon cubes to 10 and it was still too salty. I will use 8 bouillon cubes next time. The vegetables got too done. I will only cook a total of 30 minutes next time. Added 2 more cups of cooked kale the second day and it was delicious. Submitted by:

I used 1 lb. of Jimmy Dean lowfat sausage since I had no idea what "8 links" of sausage meant. I also used garlic powder since I can't keep real garlic in the house without it spoiling. But my kids absolutely loved this. This will be my go-to recipe for Kale from now on. I even gave 4 cups away! Submitted by:
