I doubled the splenda and vanilla as well as adding an extra teaspoon of pumpkin spice the first time I made this after reading other comments. With these additions, this pie is INCREDIBLE! Love the fact it tastes like "real" pumpkin pie minus the excessive calories. Submitted by:

I baked mine in a 8-inch square baking dish and then cut into 6 squares. Then I just recalculated the calories. I loved this and will make it again. Submitted by:
