I made this...but added LOTS more garlic - used a Large head of cauliflower and steamed it in fat free chicken broth. I then added one cup of lowfat cottage cheese (could have used about 3/4 cup) and then seasoned with dried ranch dressing mix. Sprinked the top with a dash of Paprika ! YUMMMM Submitted by:
