Nutrition & Calorie Comments

These are better than fattening ones! Who knew?! They are SO easy to make, and are great as an appetizer to tide my hubby over before dinner! They came out perfect- crispy on the outside, and gooey cheese on the inside. Kudos!!!! Submitted by:

This recipe was awesome. I subbed Kashi "Good Friends" cereal, whole eggs, and Spike Salt-free. Very quick to make, and they taste BETTER than the fried cheese sticks you get at restaurants. I also cut up a yellow squash and tried to do the same thing- the crumbs didn't stick as well. Submitted by:
