Thanks for the great idea! I used sesame seeds according to some other reviews, plus garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and paprika. Slightly smaller tofu pieces, pressed between paper towels, and shaken in a little plastic bag worked great - stayed intact. Submitted by:
