I tried this using fat free coolwhip. I used the rasp. pie filling. I came up with 73 cal/serving when dividing it by 40. I think it is more portion control than actual low calorie. However, it is very tastey for a relatively low amount of calories. I liked it frozen. Submitted by:

I think I will make 20 out of this recipe... 115 calories for a dessert is still VERY reasonable, and I like the idea of keeping them in the freezer. SWEET! :) Submitted by:

What a quick, easy recipe and a delicious treat! I loved serving this to guests and also having a quick, low cal fix for sweet cravings ready to go when I need a little treat! YUM!!
Canned cherry pie filling can be found made with splenda and sweetened condensed milk is available in no fat formul
