This was good but I thought just a little bland. Next time I will increase the red pepper flakes and maybe add a couple of splashes of Worcestershire sauce. In the ingredients it only calculates 2 chicken thighs - not 4 - so calories are higher than listed. I will definitely try this, but use chix breast to save some calories. Submitted by:
